MetaVox triggers workflow actions on metadata fields. Automatically file documents based on category, status or author.
Files & GroupFolders
IntraVox pages live in a dedicated GroupFolder. MetaVox sidecars sit next to your documents. FormVox results are regular files.
Calendar & CalDAV
RoomVox uses Nextcloud's CalDAV server. Bookings appear directly in Apple Calendar, Outlook, Thunderbird and the Nextcloud Calendar.
Talk
FormVox can automatically start a Talk conversation with the relevant person on form submission — useful for support and intake forms.
Unified Search
IntraVox pages, FormVox results and MetaVox metadata are searchable through Ctrl+K — the standard Nextcloud search bar.
Nextcloud App API
Our apps use the official Nextcloud App API — no unpublished private hooks, no DB schemas that break on upgrade.
OIDC / SAML / LDAP
Authentication and group membership come straight from Nextcloud. Works automatically with your existing IdP (Keycloak, Authentik, ADFS, Azure AD).
REST APIs
RoomVox provides a documented REST API for door displays, kiosks and meeting-room display integrations.
